Three Hillside Farms Near Uvita, 55 to 130 Acres

Above the Pacific coastline about half an hour from Uvita, three separate farms sit on adjoining hillsides, sized at 55, 92, and 130 acres and sold together or on their own. Level, clearable ground makes up much of each parcel, sitting high enough to stay cool and breezy without reaching the cloud belt overhead.

From these elevations, the Golfo Dulce basin and the Osa Peninsula spread out below, with the Nicoya Peninsula visible on clearer days and steep peaks rising behind. A river crosses all three farms along their lower ground.
